Keynote speech Oceans1 Christmas Challenge

What do you do when it gets tough? When do you start accepting status quo? How can you keep #Xploring…

Creating the right energy & focus due to goal setting, adaptability and persistence – in short mental resilience – is the answer and the key to success, happiness and a healthy life.

Today Michael Kortekaas, known from the famous Dutch television program #hunted, provided the crew of HNLMS Rotterdam a keynote speech.

HNLMS Rotterdam from the Koninklijke Marine won this for their efforts during the #Oceans1 Christmas Challenge which was all about reducing the footprint of their vessel during the Christmas holidays alongside.

Achieving sustainability, high(er) operational readiness or a next future-proof state of any organization, it always comes down to collective attitude and behavior. Keep #inspiring each other to get into movement and go for #impact with mental resilience.

Short term pain is long term fame… 😎
